We now offer the ability to pay your rent online. Using our state-of-the-art system, you will now have the ability to electronically pay rent or other charges through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network – the same system commonly used for direct deposit payroll.
From the link, click the Register button and fill out the information. In a couple of minutes you will receive a confirmation email with your chosen user name and a temporary password. You will be required to change the password the 1st time you log in. Then click the link Pay your rent online! This will take you to the electronic payment center. Here you can view your current statement, payment history, and payment accounts. *Note you must set up a bank account to pay from, prior to the system allowing you to schedule single or reoccurring payments.
There are three options for reoccurring payments:- A fixed amount
- An amount not to exceed
- A range between two numbers.
